Top 10 Yoga Videos For Every Mood

Yoga with Adriene has become my go to workout source. The site has great instructional videos for beginners and challenging, for the mind and body, for experienced yogis. You cannot go wrong with any video on this channel, there is one for just about any occasion but here are my recommendations and flows I swear by! OH! 1. Yoga Wash-Detox :
This 25 minute flow is great for when your body or mind is not feeling up to par and you need a quick refresh!
2. Yoga For Hips & Lower Back Release
Another 25 minute flow! This is key if your hips and back are problem areas for you! Also a good one from time to time in general.
3. Yoga For Concentration and Mental Focus
This is one of my favorite flows! Yoga is great for mental focus in general, but this concentration practice really works wonders to calm the mind and get you ready for any task!
4. Total Body Yoga - Deep Stretch
Whenever I say I like yoga, it often gets a little bit of bad rep for being just stretching. I challenge all the non-yoga believers to give this deep stretch practice a whirl and let me know how they feel later on!
5. Yoga For Psoas
The psoas muscle can be a stubborn and troublesome one. Add this flow to your weekly routine to stretch and strengthen it!
6. Yoga For Creativity
Not just for artists and the like, this flow gets the brain going and the juices flowing.
7. 5-Minute Morning Yoga
This quick practice is a wonderful way to start the day! It is simple and fast but gives a great boost to get you going in the morning.
8. 7 Minute Bedtime Yoga
This is truly one of my favorite Yoga with Adriene videos. As someone with insomnia, this practice has truly helped me getting a better night's sleep.
9. 10-Minute Yoga For Self Care
This practice is an important reminder to take time for yourself and check in with your body.
10. 6-Minute Yoga Chill
This is a great quick break after a long day. I am often very busy and bogged down with my overbooked schedule. This quick flow is easy to make time for and a nice step away from my hectic life!
