GUYS! I love smoothies, all kinds.
(And I might think you are a little strange if you don’t!)
But this one is healthy and delicious. On my list, it is second only to the original strawberry banana! This is my favorite, on the go, breakfast and it actually keeps you full!
Chocolate covered Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
1 serving chocolate protein powder
1 to 2 tablespoons fat of choice, such as MCT oil or coconut oil (Sometimes I skip on this step, but it works either way!)
1 to 2 tablespoons chia or flax seeds
¼ cup frozen or fresh strawberries
2 to 3 cups nut milk of choice (I personally like the unsweetened vanilla!)
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to your desired consistency. (You may have to add some ice cubes if you use fresh berries!)
Make a smoothie bowl by adding some granola, fresh fruit and chocolate chips!
